I am a financial coach and IT professional by day, working to acquire real estate to produce enough passive income to allow me and my wife to travel more. We left California in mid-2019 and now live in our RV traveling around the country. We currently own 9 single family rental properties in Texas, Tennessee and Indiana. We are also passive investors in an a workforce housing project in Lake Charles, Louisiana, a self storage facility fund, and several other passive investments.
