My cousin and I invested in Real Estate from the beginning of 2015 through the end of 2016, and in those two years we did a few deals ranging from an office building purchase to a massive new construction. At the end of 2016, a combination of over leveraging and inexperience on a single deal brought the business to a hault. My cousin switched over to construction project management, and I left the industry all together. Well now I’m back and better than ever! Currently I’m focused 100% on finding motivated sellers to wholesale deals. Once I become a ninja at deal sourcing, my cousin and I will start turning our deals in-house - I source the deals and he manages the rehab with his crew.
