My husband & I are just beginning a real estate investment business. Our long term goal is to invest in commercial properties; so we will be working hard to develop the capital & experience necessary to be successful in achieving our goal. We are beginning with 1 Single Family home and looking for multiplex and apartments. As we move forward we will ask for feedback on how to improve our rental portfolio and how to increase the speed of acquisition and managing capital for down payments.
