My name is Adam Stone, I co-own the investment real estate brokerage Fair Trade Real Estate. Here, we supply opportunities for distressed sellers to sell them homes easily without any frustration and investors an opportunity to look at inventory that is not advertised on the market. Our team is respected, connected and they do this 7 days a week. On top of that, we spend from $30-60k in monthly marketing to acquire off market properties. What I do now is continually network with real estate investors whether they're beginning, maintaining, returning, or growing and need guidance or just want to outsource, so that I can make my services available and promote the growth of our constantly expanding California branches. Every client that I work with becomes family, and I enjoy making them money while they teach me ways to manage mine. Currently, I spend my time on BP reading about others' experiences in RE, and also further educating myself on how to put my capital to work.
