He owns and operates Virtue Cash Buyers, a local family-owned house-buying company specializing in purchasing real estate for cash, helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and hassle-free. His years in real estate have given him experience in wholesaling (virtually, as he lives half the year in Brazil), owning rental properties and being a landlord, and seller financing, including land contracts and notes & mortgages.
