I've always been interested in real estate in general, but more specifically, in the buy and hold arena. After becoming an "accidental landlord" in '10 I decided to start actively pursuing my goals of acquiring buy and hold properties. I hope to one day have enough properties under my belt that I can leave my full time job and focus primarily on RE investing.
