HELLO! I took the plunge at the end of 2018 and bought my first rental properties. I purchased two turnkey properties in NW Indiana. Now looking to buy SFR /small multis in Chicago Metro area as buy & hold rentals. July 2019 Update Closed on first single family in Illinois. South suburbs/SE Cook County. Now getting it prepped and ready to rent.
