I began investing in Real Estate more than fifteen years ago when I bought my first home using a lease option purchase agreement. After making some basic improvements I increased the value of that home by more than $26,000, refinanced it at 80% of its new value and got HOOKED. Over the last 17 years I have designed and rebuilt dozens of properties and managed portfolios worth millions of dollars. Experience: I recently redesigned and rebuilt a VERY distressed property in Gainesville which is now more than paying for itself as an AirBnB. Prior to that I found, redesigned and rebuilt a home that we acquired for $165,000 invested another $100,000 into that is now worth more than $400,000. While I've had much more success than failure, I would be lying if I told you that I haven't lost. There are NO guarantees that we don't ever loose in this game. Sadly I've brought people into my team and didn't hold them to the standards I now have and it cost me BIG. In truth, we all get punched in the gut from time to time. It's not about what happens to us it's about how we handle it. On those occasions where you fall, if you have it in you and the right people around you, you dust yourself off, get back up, learn from that mistake and keep pushing forward. I am looking to build strategic partnerships with other investors that can provide financing so we can both do more projects. Currently Seeking: I have years of experience and have reydisnged and rebuilt more than a dozen properties. While I have hard money lenders that are willing to fund my deals, I am looking for a partner that can help cover the gap in exchange for a high return on their investment.
