About myself
I've been traveling 100% for 6 years and self-managing one LTR in Columbus, Ohio. After 6 years living out of two duffel bags, I'm looking to re-establish in Chattanooga with a house hack; upstairs STRs, downstairs a bed/bath for me to use as my base when in the US. After that I'd like to just look for other LTR opportunities in the TN/GA area. I'm always happy to connect with locals in the real estate world... and the mountain-sport and moto-touring worlds as well.
