Alan Rekowski

My name is Alan Rekowski. I started investing in real estate when I was 18 and have been doing so for 17 years now. I am entirely involved in rental properties. I usually buy distressed rental properties and repair them to keep as rentals. Lately I have been experimenting with 1031 exchanges to increase the value and size of my properties. I am the property manager, maintenance, and my own contractor on all my deals. I currently own 33 apartments and counting.
