Real Estate Goals: I'd like to own as many cash flowing properties as I can! Any type or kind. Currently Seeking: SF or MF units that can provide a cash on cash ROI of 10-12%+ I'd also like to meet as many wholesalers that work the Florida area on BP as possible.
