Hey there BP. I'm an Accountant with an investment firm located in sunny Florida. I have always dabbled on the fence about venturing into the RE atmosphere because of fear and thinking I may need to invest a ton of time into getting things started and still have a full time career. Well low and behold I was ignorant to things. I have finally jumped off the fence and started to emerse myself with the wealth of knowledge REI has to offer. I have narrowed down my main goals which are to focus on perfecting my craft at wholesaling, marketing etc and I have also decided on investing in Multifamily property.
