New to Real Estate Investing interested in short term rentals and buy and hold strategies. Currently, I am a nurse practitioner working at Beth Israel Lahey Health Hospital in Burlington in the orthopaedic surgery department. I am an immigrant from Albania who came to this country at the age of 8. My parents' dream to become homeowners and provide my sister and I a chance at a better life came true just two years after starting their lives over at age 42. My two passions in life have been helping others improve their health and confidence, and now, I am hoping to help others achieve the dream that my parents had and become homeowners. I am hardworking, dedicated, punctual, highly detail and process oriented, selfless, and always prioritize the needs of my clients and patients. With the guidance and assistance of experienced real estate agents/investors, I am hoping to one day become a top investor and give back my knowledge/time so others can have a chance at success.
