I'm starting out as a Real Estate Investor/Birddog in the Los Angeles, Ca area. I'm mainly focusing on Multi-Unit 2 to 500 units. I'm using Assignment of Contract, Subject To, Lease Option and Installment Sales. I'm also looking for a seasoned mentor in my area we can Joint Venture our deals.
