In additional to tax and accounting services, I provide a different perspective to maximize outcomes of deals and minimize losses. Clients range from beginning business owners and investors to a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio I have worked with since inception. Experience: Personally, I got into my first property in 2016; Lived in it for a while, then rented it when I moved on to another where I currently live. Real Estate Goals: My strategy is to buy where I live with maximum financing, and never sell - even after I move somewhere else. Depending on cash flows I will likely invest in private partnerships owning single family homes.
