Alberto Nikodimov

I'm Alberto Nikodimov, owner of Memories Vacation Home Management, a short-term rental management company based in the Kissimmee/Davenport area of Central Florida. What started as a small operation has grown into a team of 21 dedicated employees overseeing more than 150 doors and roughly $50 million in real estate under management, handling guest communication, maintenance, housekeeping, and everything else it takes to run a portfolio of vacation rentals well. Alongside managing properties for others, I'm an active investor in the same market. I currently hold three STR investment properties, four doors total, and I approach every acquisition the way I approach every property we manage: with an eye toward long-term value, not just short-term returns. Running a management company while investing in the same space has given me a perspective on this business from both sides of the table — as an operator and as an owner.
