Peter Albanese

I am from Springfield, Illinois and attended Illinois State University, where I received a degree in Finance and Information Systems. My passions in life are real estate and information technology. I've worked in the software industry since 2000, with a long term goal of owning and operating single family and multi-family rental properties. In 2011, I started a real estate company with a focus on single family and multi-family residential properties. I have spent this time investing in duplexes and single family rental properties. All projects have included: analysis, negotiation, financing, renovation and management to improve property and maximize rents and return on investment. To date, I have purchased and renovated 13 properties and currently perform the leasing and property management for those properties.
