Hello all. I'm an investor/out-of-state landlord looking to meet other investors and real estate professionals to share resources, potentially partner on deals with and cultivate relationships with. I'm currently looking for off-market deals primarily in Brooklyn (Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, etc) and Harlem but am also open to other New York City areas as well. I'm direct with aggressive cash buyers. I'm also interested in opportunities in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Florida, Malaysia, Nicaragua or any other markets that may be viable.
