I am a lifetime Memphian who purchased my first investment property in the high-end suburb of Collierville, TN in 2007. Now I personally own 23 properties for long-term buy and hold investment in Memphis, TN, Little Rock, AR and Knoxville, TN. My goal is to have all of these homes paid off by the time my oldest daughter goes off to college. Before I became a full time investor, I had 8 years experience in Corporate America as a specialist in Sales, Marketing and Product Management with a worldwide manufacturer of building products, plumbing specialty items and adhesives that join plastic pipe and other dissimilar materials together. After I left the corporate world, I started Memphis Turnkey Properties in 2010 and Little Rock Turnkey in 2013. In 2017, we changed the company name to Turnkey Properties to better communicate the 2 Markets - 1 Team advantage. I graduated from the University of Memphis with his B.S. in Education in 2002. I currently reside in East Memphis with my wife Benolyn and 3 daughters. I am actively involved in the Memphis Investors’ Group (MIG) and some of my hobbies include CBHS Alumni Basketball, Fast Pitch Adult Wood Bat Baseball, Golf, Traveling, dining out and attending live concerts and sporting events.
