I'm interested in learning more about fix and flip projects and what investors are doing in the D.C. housing market. My experience is in construction management in high end custom homes and renovations of historic homes in the Washington DC area. I like to evaluate the conditions of houses, create budgets, create schedules and manage renovation projects. I've worked extensively on full guts and structural renovations of older homes.
