I've been investing in real estate since 1999. I started by flipping properties part time while working as a real estate agent. Throughout the years I acquired a fair number of homes in Las Vegas and Portland until I liquidated them in 2006-7. After this I moved to Hong Kong then, in 2010 when I felt the bottom was near, I moved back to Las Vegas and at the present I own a brokerage, I also flip 3-6 homes a year and have 10 rental properties.
