About myself
IT Professional and Investor looking for buy and hold SFH and MFH in the Lehigh Valley and Philly area. I've been in the area for 2 years and currently have 1 property in the Alton Park area of Allentown that was purchased using an FHA loan. I've recently opened up an LLC so I can leverage BRRR moving forward. My goal is to obtain SFH until I can leverage the equity to get into Apts complexes.
