About myself
I enjoy everything about real estate. Experience: I am a part-owner of a 145-unit apartment complex. I also wholesale and fix-and-flip. Real Estate Goals: I plan on investing in "value-add" apartment complexes. In order to raise capital for multi-family investing, I am flipping single family houses. Currently Seeking: Houses to flip, and poorly-managed multi-family properties. Anything 8-units and up.
