Active Real Estate investor from Chesterton, IN. Seeking to achieve the above average returns by acquiring multi-unit properties in my backyard, NW Indiana. My focus right now are 3 to 20 units properties in good areas (B, B-) that would have a space for me to add value, streamline the operations, increase the NOI and make them the places where people would be proud to live in. Exit strategy would depend on many factors but my ideal plan would be 4-5 years hold. Partnering with a more experienced investor is always an option, as long as we are great fit to each other.
