My name is Alex, I am 25 years old and a passionate real estate investor. I lived and work in Northern Virginia during the week and then invest on the weekends. Edit: I have now purchased me first property! I am in the process of fixing a ton of small issues and will be renting out the spare rooms starting early January. I will be looking into moving into the Baltimore/Hagerstown/Martinsbug/etc area starting middle of 2019 when I have saved up enough for my next property! Edit: I have rented out the spare rooms and now pay $100 a month for mortgage, utitlies and internet! Onto my next property Edit 7/19/19: Bought a duplex Edit 7/19/28: Might be under contract for 3 more end of week 8/16: Under Contract for 3 duplexes, hoping it will close but running into issues with incompetent mortgage brokers. 9/31: I have the mortgages pre-approved and the appraisal ordered. 10/11: Closed on all 3 properties and working on turning around a few units 11/12: My inherited tenants are not great, will likely have to move out the old tenants and bring in new, better qualified ones.
