Financial Analyst/Accountant from Tallahassee at USA Today looking to quit 9-5 job and live off passive rental income. Graduated with Bachelors in Finance at FSU 3 years ago. Saved up $45k with first minimum wage job at Hungry Howies Pizza. Bought fixer upper as is and spent $2k to renovate rental. Had two tenants for 2 years. Sold at appraisal value (around $70k) and bought 4 more rentals. Currently turning 1 into an airbnb. Looking for a great property manger (plan to move away from Tallahassee soon).
