My name is Alexander Lang. I got into real estate because I want to establish a solid financial foundation for myself and my family. I look forward to learning from the professionals on BP, and enjoy the podcast episodes very much! Experience: Prior to my recent buy/hold land-lording of 2014, I created a small renovation company consisting of myself and my brothers, to help paint and demo various properties in the Minneapolis area for a small handful of other investors that I knew, who talked me into getting into the game myself. I've since switched my focus to trying to work ON my business rather than IN my business, transitioning from renovating local investor properties, to becoming a real estate investor myself and renovating and managing my own personal properties. I am also looking to obtain more single family and small multi-family units in the near future. Real Estate Goals: I would love to be able to work for myself and provide a solid foundation for my family. Ideally my real estate goals are to establish myself as a successful real estate investor in buy and hold properties of both single family, and small multi-family units within the Minneapolis inner and outer suburbs. 5 year plan -5 single family or multi units @ $200 minimum per unit passive income Long term goal -Financial freedom -Establish an exit strategy to exit the 9-5 rat race -$3,000 of Passive income per month Currently Seeking: Mentors Potential Partnerships Local REIA Guidance and advice Single family buy and hold properties Small Multi-Family properties (2-4 units)
