I've worked as a landscaper and a house painter from ages 12-19. Went to college which was useless for me. Ended up dropping out and becoming a NYC bridge painter for local 806 for 5 years. I left the bridges to "better my life" and became a UPS driver. With my long days on the road I started listening to podcasts. That is when I came across Biggerpockets along with other real estate podcasts. Shortly after, I purchased the famous "Rich Dad Poor Dad". Changed my whole thought pattern. I started diving into real estate and mindset changing books. I am still currently a driver at UPS but looking to built a portfolio in real estate. I have learned that I am more of an extrovert. Love talking to people and building connections. I've done that naturally my whole life with no intentions but to just build friendships. I've been a go-to type of person for positive reassurance and motivation throughout my family and friends. I currently own 1 rental property. I have another under contract.
