Alex Vidal

Alex Vidal is a San Francisco based national healthcare real estate sales specialist at Marcus & Millichap. Alex graduated from the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA), with a B.A. in History & a Minor in Film & Television. He subsequently entered the commercial real estate sales industry, with a focus on healthcare related real estate investments. Marcus & Millichap has historically held the top ranking nationally for number of transactions, 1031/private transactions & healthcare real estate sales over the past 20+ years. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, Alex has been involved in approximately $700M of sales transactions, in 16 states across the country. Alex received the honor in 2020 of being named Marcus & Millichap's #1 Medical Office Agent, out of the firm's more than 1,800 sales agents nationwide. Alex collaborates with a diverse group of clients including: REITs, institutional capital, private equity, developers & 1031/private investors.
