1/30/17 Update: I am a 26 year old on the verge of purchasing my first multi-family home. My focus, for now, is on Buy and Hold Real Estate with a particular emphasis on House Hacking my first property. I joined BP 9 months ago and became a Pro member about 3 months ago. I participate in the local RIREIG meetings every 3rd Thursday of the month. I currently work for a Lending company with a focus on First Time Home Buyer Programs.
