New Investor in Vancouver, WA I just formed an LLC with 3 other business partners and we are in the process of getting the right documents, processes and plans in place to do our first deal. We want to start out with flipping residential properties and eventually diversify into multifamily rentals. We are probably going to house hack within the next year if we're able to find the right place that still fits our family.
