Hello, I'm a real estate investor based in Indianapolis, IN, and I have extensive knowledge of the local market due to being born and raised in the Midwest. My primary real estate goals are to create a cash flowing portfolio of multi-unit properties. My journey began with my first deal - a tax sale property that I flipped for a small profit. This deal taught me valuable lessons and motivated me to continue my journey. My second deal was a duplex that I cosmetically repaired and house-hacked. With the HELOC procured from the property, I was able to leverage those funds to purchase three rentals. I continue to add more properties to my portfolio when possible and always look for partners in Indianapolis to help grow my flipping business.
