I'm a software developer who caught the real estate bug! Working got my first house hack, working on next investment property. Also in parallel building Rent Buddy - a property management software to help small landlords such as myself self manage their properties. Looking to connect with new and experienced investors. What are your biggest struggles with self management? Let me know, I'd be happy to hear about, maybe I can build something that helps you solve it.
