I started wholesaling in January of 2019. In 2022 I switched my focus to dispositions only wholesaling. Since 2022 I have done 25-30 wholesale transactions per year. In 2025 I purchased my first investment property. I bought 2 duplexes in Indianapolis and and completed BRRRRs on both of them. I am currently looking to do my first flip in California, either in San Diego, Sacramento or El Dorado County.
