Alex Folchi

New to real estate and very excited to learn. My wife and now live in the CA Bay Area, but I grew up in the Reno/Tahoe area. Interested in remote investing because of cost of living constraints in the Bay Area. First interest is in the Reno/Tahoe area because of my knowledge of the area. Currently trying to grow my network, eager to learn and work. Work as a Project Manager/Licensed Civil Engineer for a Geotechnical Contractor as my day job.
