Over the years, I’ve been involved in 100+ transactions across flips, BRRRR projects, and rentals. Most of my experience comes from actually being in the deals — managing rehabs, working through issues, and understanding what makes a project succeed or fall apart. That naturally led me into lending. Today, I work with investors and builders across multiple markets, helping them structure and execute their deals. We focus on understanding the project first — not just the numbers — and aim to be a reliable capital partner throughout the process. I’m also involved in managing a private real estate debt fund as Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer. Locally, I help run Delmarva REI — a monthly meetup where investors connect, share deals, and learn from each other.
