Hi, I’m Alexis. I am a wife and a mom working full time as a Management Analyst and invest in real estate as a hobby and as tool to build long term wealth. I love to travel, go on adventures, and explore new places. Currently residing in beautiful Southern California (born and raised). I am an avid listener of the Bigger Pockets Podcast and always looking to learn something new! My recent reads include David Greene’s BRRRR and Long-Distance Real Estate Investing. After living in our townhouse in Riverside, CA for four years, my husband and I started renting it out and moved back to our hometown. We self manage our property in Riverside, since it’s local, and it’s been a great experience! We purchased our first out-of-state rental, as a long term buy and hold, in Fayetteville, AR, and we are currently investing in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are currently looking to invest in single family or small multi family deals to BRRRR. We are very excited to continue growing our portfolio and look forward to seeing what the future holds! We are also looking to network with local like minded investors!
