To talk about myself is always a very difficult task for me, however, I'll do my best to give a brief description of my Real Estate journey. I started from the most basic, been an avid handyman, and rehabber learning and mastering every construction trade, all the way to a project manager on a multi-unit commercial construction, that path along has taken me over 9 years now. I went ahead to continue my career as a GC, sign up for that class, and formally studied it for a couple of years (in and out due to an excess of work/projects) studying twice a week in a classroom with about 50 others at night, slowly to realize that my passion for my work was somewhat constricted to the decisions of the architects, owners, investors, etc and that they not always use the real best use of spaces and value add opportunity of a particular property. There I realize the true alignment with my interests, that is as an Investor myself, and later as a real Estate Agent to be able to bring my experiences together capitalizing in the process and offer them to others (like friends, clients, investors, and members of the public). I have accomplished from simple plumbing, electrical, or masonry issue on a single-family home all the way to correcting many building violations and unsafe structure damages on a commercial building, working together with Architects, Engineers, and The City, getting Permits, paying fees/fines and passing inspections in a timely manner to get these buildings in compliance and hazard free for use by the public again for years to come. Now my heart is completely focused on Real Estate investing and my family. And that's why I'm finally here, to keep Learning, Be Of Value every time I can, and networking with other VP in this industry.
