Rental Property Investor
Hello: I am just starting my real estate investing journey, and looking to buy several multifamily properties to rent out for monthly cashflow. At this stage, I am looking for best regions in the country that could maximize the profits, although I am inclined to start somewhat locally, on the mid-Atlantic/east coast region. I am seeking any advice from BP members.
