Hello, I am a real estate investor and IT sales professional located in Buffalo, NY! My BiggerPockets goal is to connect with, provide value and learn from investors in the CNY & WNY real estate markets. I currently house hack my first investment property in Buffalo that I purchased in 2020, which has fully eliminated my personal housing expenses! Over the last year I have rented the other unit to young adults who grew up in the foster care system through a local Buffalo nonprofit.
