Hi. My name is Alex McGhee . I started wholesaling in 2014. In 2017, I began buying for my own rental inventory. Currently I have six rentals, and I am developing two lots for mobile homes, with the intent of owner financing them. I have one mobile home I am currently selling via owner finance.
