I've made a career strategically managing commercial portfolios for institutional investors, REITs, and global institutions. My professional expertise includes p&l, operational, and construction management of Class A & B high rise office, industrial, retail, and data center assets. I am seeking to absorb as much knowledge from the many seasoned professionals here on BP, and contribute with my experiences as well. My short term goal is to build passive income by purchasing single family and multifamily residences out of state. By 2025 my goal is to own 100+ units either directly or through partnerships.
