I’m Alexander “Alex” Neakta, Business Development Manager with Cedar Ridge Management, a third-party property management company built by investors, for investors. I work with rental property owners and real estate investors throughout Southeastern North Carolina, including Wilmington, Leland, Hampstead, Holly Ridge, Surf City, Sneads Ferry, Maple Hill, Richlands, Jacksonville, Swansboro, and Hubert.
