Alex N.

Born and raised in San Diego. Having lived and worked in Orange County and Riverside County as well I feel like I have a decent knowledge of these markets but I really would like to focus on my home base of San Diego for now to begin my career in real estate investing. Yes I said CAREER! I don't want to just make a quick buck off of a deal or two and then move on to the next bigger better idea or trend. I want to make REI part of my financial future for many years to come. Like many newbies I have been stuck in the black hole that is "analysis paralysis" for the past few months, but the time has come to stop waiting on the side lines and get in the game! I have listened to about 60 episodes of the BP podcast in the past two weeks and it has become apparent to me that this site is one of the best resources out there for investors and I'm excited to now be a part of it.
