Starting my professional career as a loan officer back in 06 I eventually gravitated to starting an online marketing service business (https://conceptmarketingstrategies.com/), concept development and investing in residential real estate investment. I've assisted investors purchase millions of dollars worth of real estate which included dozens of package deals. I've worked with out of state and out of country investors within the past decade. After taking a break from the market I'm looking to get back in and take advantage of great deals that are out here. Looking to invest in Ohio, Texas, Florida and if possible a deal that will pay for itself in LA metro. I love connecting and meeting new people as well as travel, music, art and giving back.
