About myself
Based in Houston Texas, investing there and along the I-35 corridor. I split my time between my job doing technical sales in the industrial refurbishment and coatings industry, and real estate investing. I love going fine grain on Houston and San Antonio neighborhoods and analyzing deals. Mostly for me it has been small multi-family though I have a few SF rentals as well. Please get in touch if you want a sparring partner. I'm a classicist by training - real estate is an old business!
