I have previously been operating out of Dallas, TX in the real estate industry for over a decade, spending the first seven years as a commercial real estate appraiser focusing mostly in multi-family. In 2015 I broke out and started my own company purchasing and remodeling small multi-family properties buying for cash flow. In addition, I worked as my own general contractor flipping multiple historical properties for attractive returns. I recently moved to the West Palm Beach area looking to expand my portfolio and network. I'm looking to create relationships in the broker, investor, general contractor, etc., areas including possible partnerships.
