I'm new to real estate investment, starting to invest in 2018. I currently own 11 doors, a 6 family, 4 family, and a 2 bedroom condo that I BRRRed. Between the three of them, they're cash flowing around $5k per month. By the end of 2023, my goal is to acquire enough rental property to cash flow around $11k per month so that I can quit my W2 and go full time in real estate. I don't have any particular target of SFR, MF, commercial, etc. I'm willing to go after any of those if the particular deal makes sense. I would like to stay local to NJ, mostly in Union, Hudson, Ocean, Monmouth, and Essex counties. I work as a VP, Marketing at CIVANA Wellness as my full time gig and am a pretty active investor outside of real estate and own a small investing company, Hudson Digital Ventures, pooling funds to invest in start-ups in the NYC area.
