I'm the Team Leader for gkhouses's Chattanooga office. gkhouses is a property management company based out of Birmingham, AL, and we've been managing single family homes across the southeast (and one day beyond!) since 2008. gkhouses currently has locations in Birmingham, Nashville, Chattanooga, and Little Rock. We specialize in single-family houses and currently manage over 1,100 houses for about 1,100 different investors and homeowners. Our clients range from real estate funds to homeowners of single-family homes.
