I am a investor looking to invest in properties in Tampa, Florida. My wife and I have rentals in Florida and Denver. I have over 8 years of experience in property management since I used to be a leasing agent/assistant property manager for an apartment complex in Denver, CO as well as self managing our own properties. We are just getting started in our real estate investing journey and love connecting with like-minded people who have the same goals as we do. Our goal for 2023 is to purchase a duplex, triplex or quadplex.
